*During the holiday season, there will be no exchanges from 11/20 to 01/01, or on any orders placed during this time.*

*On sale and clearance items will not be accepted for exchanges.*

If you would like to exchange an item or return for a different size, please contact heartthrobthelabel@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanges.

For more on sizing, please refer to the size info on each product's page. For additional questions on a product's sizing and fit, feel free to reach out to us via email.

Sales with incorrect shipping info entered by customer may not be eligible for exchanges.

Not all items are guaranteed to be eligible for exchanges, and are limited due to an item's availability and size.

No refunds will be given on any of our products or returns.

If you believe an item is misprinted or damaged, please email us at heartthrobthelabel@gmail.com and we will do our best to satisfy and resolve the issue. 

Some pieces in our collections are uniquely distressed, and contain "flaws". These are considered artistic effects, not defects. 

Note: Some items in your purchase may be delivered separately. Most products are produced individually, so please allow a few weeks to fulfill, produce, and ship your order.
